How to apply for membership?

1. The easiest way to apply for registration (or renew membership) is on-line registration.

2. Alternatively, print the membership application form below. Complete the membership application form and send it to the ISQOLS central office (address: International Society for Quality-of-Life Studies (ISQOLS), c/o GWI Berlin, Mohrenstrasse 58, 10117 Berlin). You can make payment by check, bank transfer, or complete the credit card information on the form. If payment is made by check, make it payable to the International Society for Quality-of-Life Studies (ISQOLS).
